Ignition rack kit for a 96 Ford Taurus

I've replaced the lock cylinder and ignition switch already. I've had a heck of a time figuring out what the part was called because none of the aftermarket parts dealers don't carry it.

Anyway my question is Has anyone had to replace one of these or am I better off just replacing the steering column all together.

Any help would be appreciated.
