Changed Drl Relay,wont Start..

My 2000 Cavalier's Daytime Running Light Relay Started Clicking, It Was Acompanied By A Noise Similar To A Short. I Changed The Drl And Now My Car Wont Start. The Engine Turns But Won't Start. Please Help.

One thing after another. This time my cav wont start. I noticed a buzzing clicking sound coming from the engine. I realized it was the fuel pump relay I got another and the problem persisits. Is my fuel pump bad?
