hi, does anybody have a fan relay for a 99 alero for sale.

I don't think you're going to find a used relay around. You mean the "fan blower resistor", right? You're best bet would be to just go buy one at autozone or a simliar place (20 to 30 $)

I think I paid about $28 for mine at the local GM dealership if you can't find one at Autozone or similar.
