Try www.gmotors.com for a new one. Might be expensive, but other than trying to find a junkyard and getting one off a car, that might be your only option!

Donnie Hunter is owner/operator, and is gruff, but if you still need it, can give a decent price and ship it.

I don't want a new one since its going to get cut up and modified for my project. Looking for a somewhat ok used one with all or most of the connectors still in working order.

Arapahoe Auto is a recycler and restorer that ONLY deals in Cadillac.
if he has a harness, it will be from an actual '93-95 Cadi w/Northstar.

plus, you say you'll be hacking it, if you are just looking for all the pigtail connecters, he might just find one on his lot, chop out specifically what you need and mail it...
definitely less freight on a box of pigtails, than a whole 16mile long octopus harness from hell...
