91 Geo Metro Valves Replacement

My 91 Geo Metro Has A Bad Valve. Can I Replace The Valves And Valve Guides Myself Or Does A Head Shop Have To Do It. These Are Hydrolic Self Adjusting Lifters.

takes a special tool to remove the valve springs. if you want it to last longer i would have a shop do it, they have a valve and seat drinder and takes a special rig to press guides in and out without cracking them

What About Some Small Grooves And A Few Ridges On The Crankshaft Journals; Are They Acceptable?
