1988 celica GTS mods

Im looking at an '88 celica GTS right now, and am wondering, what kinds of mods are out there? i know there is a ton of JDM stuff for the 88 corolla, but is it the same with the celica? also, are replcament parts easy to find? i dont know too much about the celica family, but can you use parts from newer celicas?
