Hello, Mike in Tx. I have a Blazer exactly like yours, changed the fuel pump in tank, but didnt change the Pulsator, seems to run a little better but feels like it loses prime somewhat. Pulsator Leaking? Do you actually need this Pulsator? or would a piece of hose directly connecting them be a better decision?
Thanks,
Mike
P.S. I have changed the CPI and Nut kit.

You will need the pulsator. Also have you checked your fuel pressure? The checkvalve on the sending unit may be bad. (Not critical) but just makes for a slightly longer cranking time.
Hook up a pressure tester at the shrader valve. Turn the key to run. Pressure should run to 56-60, turn key off. Watch how fast pressure drops.
