Some DIY Questions

After much thought, i'm continuing my J30's revival.

after the body work is done and painted (tuesday!!!) i'm going to start on the 2 other problems....

1. the sunroof died on me a week ago (thankfully it was down when it happened) more than likely it was the motor (and i may have to replace the gears too) anyone done this before and can give me some pointers (or pics... perferably pics too!)

2. Not as complex as the sunroof, but i've never done anything less than stock on this car. I purchased the cone filter with the adapter but have not installed it yet. I was curious if anyone here has one installed and if they had a clean install or did they have to do any modifications to get it done. Please help me by pics or whatnot to install the filter (i'm doing this tomorrow, so please asap)

i installed the filter no problems.... pics on the way.
