bolt torque?

hi, i was wondering if anyone knows what, or where to find, the proper torque spec. is for intake minifold bolts and for header bolts. also, if anyone knows if i have a full vacuum or timed vacuum on the distributor(stock) on a 1972 350/350 that would be great.
