MY f-ing job

I seriously hate management people. Their only care in the world is to make the compnay as much money as possible and screw the workers who actaully break their backs to do the work.

Let's start from the beginning.

I started working for a certain tire and service place for Very Important People (those of you in the far northeast may know who i mean) back in january. At the time, I was still going to school learning to be a good proficiant mechanic. I quit autozone and started there because I needed to start SOMEWHERE, even if it was being a tire and oil changing monkey. Anyway, I finished school 3 weeks ago and they hired me full time, yet they are still paying me part-timers rate. Mind you, I'm trying my damndest to not rely on my parents for money to LIVE. So I asked my manager that week about getting a considerable raise (from 8.75 to 11 an hour) in order to be able to pay my bills and still have a LITTLE saving money. AT the time, he promised me it would happen, and that I'd be getting plenty enough to be comfortable and not have to worry about whether i can pay the next bill or not. Well. Still hasn't happened. At the time, I also let him know that I wanted to be hired as a MECHANIC so I could do something other than tires and oil changes. Afterall, I didn't go to two years of school for nothing. He said taht wouldn't be a rpoblem either, blah blah blah.

Since then they've been dicking me around left and right aobut raises and whatnot. It really freaking sucks because now that I'm working full time I have NO time to look for another job that WOULD pay better and give me benefits, not to mention my RX-7 is my daily driver and is falling apart on me. I'm just so sick of this bullshit, I'm going to have to ask my mom again for rent money because they haven't given me the raise they promised. And it's not like i'm a slacker either, I bust my ass at that place so that I can move up quickly! And now I found out today that all of the managers except for one got a TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR BONUS! ........?!?#@^#@) All the managers (except the service manager who's cool shit and is trying his hardest to get me up to mech. work and a raise) only care aobut them selves, and they WONDER why all of guys who actually WORK there give them attitude problems. I've been biting my tongue for so long, I can taste the blood.

I'm just so fucking aggrivated right now but I don't know what to do.

yeah im sure alot of people dont like their jobs....i hate management/corporate becuz ur right on the mark all they care about is money.....i know firsthand becuz at my work, i work alot with the general manager who works there, nobody likes him,he doesnt do any real work, everytime i see him he's in his office playin with himself lol not really, but he's always just walkin around holding a ad wrapped around his hand smackin it lookin for something to complain about, he thinks he's the shit and doesnt care about any of the regular employees, he complains about every little detail gone wrong, but im stayin cool until i turn 18 and get a better job, cuz when i do the last day im there im hopin he tries to start something, cuz ill tell him to go f*ck himself and smile, but thats really the only person i hate, becuz all of the other managers, just regulars ones, actually work, and they're cool, but if u hate ur job so much then look for a better one, like me

That's the thing. i can't AFFORD one! I can't afford shit right now! I can't even afford to buy a car that will not explode on me on the highway! I'd get a dealer job in a SECOND and be making money if it wasnt for the fact that the dealer town is 15 highway miles away, and i literally DONT TRUST MY CAR to make the damn drive everyday (not to mention it sucks gas like there's no tomorrow).

ANyone interested in buying an 88 Turbo II with some problems for 2k?
