radiator replacment

so im fixing my 1989 crown vic, 5.0, the radiator is shot. but i noticed that there are AC lines running through the radiator, is there a certian precaution i shuld take while taking them off? or can i just go in there and dis connect them? thanks in advance for anybody who can help.
