Accord 2001 Oil type

I have an accord 01. On the oil cap of the engine it said to use 5-20w. Can I use other oils? any suggestion on oil brands?

you can use 5 30. i think honda is starting to use thinner oil to be a bit more environmentally friendly. as for brands...i like to use valvoline fully syn. your choice in oil is up to you...just as long as you keep up w/ regular oil changes.
