dont know whats wrong

i have a b16a2 eg6,when i start it when its cold it sounds awful,like a van or something for a few minutes,then it sounds ok when its warmed up,someone said the pistons could be bad?anyone know

throwing any check engine light codes? Is it your idle reving high? Saying that it sounds like a van doesn't really tell anyone anything, please be more specific.

it probably just needs a tune up.

no warning lights or high reving,its like a rattling noise,very loud,then it goes back to normal after few minutes,it just dosent sound good for that space of time

its definitly coming from inside,it sounds like a rattling noise,is this a bad sign,ive had other hondas and have never heard it before

coming from inside what? the engine? or cabin?? if its the engine its probably valve tick, just get your valve lash adjusted.
