4-dr project idea

thought about this while riding the tta home yesterday...have suicide doors and have the the sears in the rear back to back with the front...almost like a limo...then have the back opened to the trunk and then go from there with A/V and what not...but one problem...drivers seat is going to be stationary and all 4 seats are going to be racing seats...but the problem comes in when adjusting the passenger seat position...the back seat is right there...thought about putting both seats on the sam rail...possible??

this is just an idea i'm throwing out....sound good?

One problem you will run into is the height of the rear seats - the rear seats sit higher than the front, so putting the back to back might look a little funky imo. It'd be cool to see if you can get the seats to match up and stuff.

hope your back passengers don't get motion sickness easily :D I remember going to disney world (maybe land, whichever is in florida), when I was a kid, and going on the tram. The seats were set up like that too, and I started flipping out cause I was moving backwards. Of course I was also sick from the from the heat the entire time, so that was probably part of the problem (here in NY, we don't get that kind of heat).

But I think it's a good idea. I'd think you'd probably have to set up all the seats in a stationary position though. At the very least it'd be a lot easier to do than to have the seats adjustable. Another problem to think about would be the seat belts, where would you mount the ones for the rear seats?

I just saw an example of this. I was watching MTV Cribs and Rick Thorne(i think thats who it was) had an old 60's Lincoln Continental that had the back doors sucided. and the rear seats were pointing backwards. Right when I saw it I thought of this thread.
