Olds 403 Torque specs

The other day my 403 blew a connecting rod (out through the oilpan) So now I'm rebuilding my engine with all the preformance parts I was waiting to put in.

I'm replacing the following parts:
Oilpan (Chrome)
Oil Pump (Melling High Volume)
Cranshaft (reground stock)
Main Bearings
Rod Bearings
Connecting Rods (refinished stock)
Pistons & Rings (Clevite 8.5 comp.)
Intake Manifold (Edelbrock 3711)
Camshaft (Melling MTO-1 / Edelbrock 3712)
Pushrods (Comp Cams)
Water neck (Chrome)
Valve Covers (Chrome)
All Gaskets and Bolts (ARP Grade 8 or above)

Once I verify that the engine works fine I'll put on a set of Olds 350 heads '7' casting, do the ignition, rebuild the carb to match, and swap the 350 out for a beefed up one.

Anyway, point being does anyone know the torque specs for the 403 or know where I can get them. Should be the same for the entire Small Block Olds line (260, 307, 350, 403)

I got a base Idea from the Folowing Sites:

http://www.boxwrench.net/specs_index.htm
Chevy and Pontiac specs

http://www.oldsmobility.com/torquespecs.htm
Earlier Oldsmobile Engine specs '64-71

Can anyone confirm any of these figures or tell me the right numbers?

Thanks for your time guys, any help would be greatly appreciated, Gene.

Well I'll try and find a manual I can list through; maybe I'll just fly it by the seat of my pants like I've been doing.
