Mitsubishi Evo V

Fujimi 1/24 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution V RS. Quite a basic kit with no real fitment problems.
Painted using Halfords automotive spray paint with details brushed using both Humbrol and Tamiya paints.
Modified wheels, modified exhaust, a few bits of putty work 'here and there' and replacement rear wing.
Windows tinted using Alclad chrome. Here's the pics....

never heard/thought of tinting clear parts with Alclad2 - interesting idea. doesn't it eat the plastic? any look outs/tips?

I'm sure this has been discussed before here at AF, which is probably where I got the idea from. I know a few people who've done it and it doesn't appear to affect the plastic - also see the Mini Limo on my club's website.

Two tips, 1) make sure the clear plastic is REALLY clean, any grease on it will cause 'fish eye' patterns and 2) don't EVER touch it, even when 'dry' as it will rub off!
