beat down from a mopar?

k i got a question. im tryin to represent here for the chevy guys, but i dont wanna get creamed and look stupid. a friends got a dakota r/t that i believe runs 14.9 or 15. personally i think if i had that kinda displacement to truck size ratio mine would be quicker, but thats not the point here haha. i got a stock 01 1500 with a 4.8. im pretty sure hell beat me, but im not sure how bad. so wut im askin is wut has it taken to get ur trucks under 15? i know the mods i need, as far as intake and tuner and that stuff. but im askin u guys that actually have timeslips and lists of wuts done to ur trucks exactly wut im gonna need to get into a competitive state of tune. i havent run it yet, so maybe im kinda sellin myself short here and my trucks quicker than i think. i know its not slow thats for sure. hes got an intake and full exhaust and i think thats about it. would just the nelson tune and cai do it? i think im gonna run him anyway and just see wut happens. wish me luck! :naughty:
