I have a '94 Jeep GC and have had a tough time finding parts like tow hooks and pan covers. Even scrap yards who brag about "having everything", have come up empty-handed. You might have to have one fabricated. My recommendation is to find a Jeep with one, take some pictures & measurements, and see if a metal shop can make one. Let me know if you get a better answer, as I could use some off road protection as well!

Hey, i'm a new user so i don't know when this was posted, but I just found out about this "jeep specialist" place local to me but they do much of their business online. I've visited and highly recommend them, they just put new 4.88 gears in my bro-in law's 95 wrangler and he's super satisfied. they have everything you could ever want for any ZJ and if they dont have it they will find a way. But as far as differential covers that are solid here's a link to the Performance Off Road Center website featuring their dana covers. http://www.performanceoffroadcenter.com/oscommerce/advanced_search_result.php?osCsid=ec162342f50d0c64 7977bd6833b048a6&keywords=dana+cover&osCsid=ec162342f50d0c647977bd6833b048a6&x=0&y=0 hope you see what you like, and if you decide to buy ask them to throw in a sticker, advertise isn't as bad as people think. just get the small POCR the bigger ones are obnoxious w/ the phone # and everything. Take care, go wheeling!
