Hello, I replaced the fuel filter, fixed some starter connections, fixed a leaky ac compressor, and put my wheel spacers on and drove to Orlando Fl for an internship. These are my results:
375 miles / 16.1 gal
350 miles / 16.1 gal
380 miles / 16.2 gal
360 miles / 16.0 gal
I am very happy. I think the warm weather is making my milage and I happy.

Could be nugget, but typically, gasoline evaporates better into cold air, rather than warmer air. Colder air is usually drier, less humid air. This is why 'cold-air' induction systems were invented. They're not really 'cold', but they're designed to get air from outside the engine compartment, where there's cooler air.
But if you're gettin' better mileage, could it be due to highway travelin'?

Whoa, you really need to take physics class again.
All you said was completely untrue.

It seems to be a pattern. Nearly all of his posts contain incorrect information. I would guess that he is probably 16. :disappoin
I wish I could be young and know everything again.

It's crazy down here in Florida... I drive around and 4 hours later the engine is still partway warm at start up. The vehicle is running great- It used to shake a little at idle, but since the engine is always warm it never does it anymore.

Still partway warm?

Yeah I mean halfway in between 100 and the first big hash mark.

Why such low gas mileage, by the way? I get ~18-22 MPG all the time (22 if primarily driving on the interstate, ~18 around town). I have a 4-door 98 Blazer 4x4 (4.3L Vortec). I see from your bio you have a 96 Jimmy, but what year/engine is your Blazer? Just curious...
--edit---
D'oh! I see now, he's listing gallons used, not MPG. Sorry for the bonehead question, and I should have paid more attention to the details.

Nothing wrong with that mileage at all.
22-23mpg is nothing to sneeze at.

You are correct. When the outside temperatures are low engines use more fuel and take longer to get up to normal operating temperature. I track every tankful in my vehicles and get between 2 to 3 MPG better in the summer than the winter.

I wish I only dropped 2-3mpg in the winter in Canada.

In his opening post chcknugget is showing miles traveled /gallons used
Do the math and you'll see he's getting over 20 MPG which is good for a Blazer.
