95 contour help

ok my buddy has a 95 contour 4cyl auto trans. he tryed to change out the pcv valve. when he was doing so he broke a plug of wires just below the pcv. the color looks like yellow but its old and dirty. i looked and could not trace the wires back. there where olny 2 wires each about 1/8 inch thick. he put them back together with apoxy around the top of the clip. the clip looked sort of like the MAF sensor clip.

if you know what they are could u plz tell me. car runs fine so far but i dont know.
