When i start up, its fine. when shifting to drive, its fine. when i drive down the street, its fine. when i come to a complete stop it always drops below idle, and most the time it stalls, starts back up right away but it still dies most of the time.

We need a little more info on your car!!!
Please put the year, tranny, and if it turbo or non turbo.
If your car is turbo, are you venting your BOV or recirculating it?

Just a guess, Sounds like it may be your TPC (Throttle Positioning Control Sensor) It regulates the fuel to air ratio.

Either that, or a simple vacuum leak....same thing as when he asked you if you're venting your BOV.
