turbo /swap question

Alright i did a b18b1 swap in my 95 civic.Also did that auto to 5 speed conversion.Then i just now turboed it and its running really really high rpms 2500. Heres what i think it is....I have two exhaust the one that came with the swap and a full turbo exhaust custom made from my old motor.I swapped out the oxygen sensors and put the b18b1 sensor in my turbo piping.The exhaust is not hooked up to the turbo yet im gonna have to cut it to get it in there.Basically what im askin is would the sensor be causing it to rev high like that.
