gas smell in cab

now that the warmer weather is here, when ever i start my 02 chey i get the smell of gas in my cab for about 30 seconds and then it seems to disappear. i have checked under the hood and can not see any visible gas leaks. any one else have this problem, any suggestions on where the gas smell is coming from. thanks inadvance, pies.

I get a gas smell in my cab sometimes, too... probably not what you're talking about, though :rofl:

Is the fuel filter outside the tank for your year model? Might be worth checking.
