I have a buddy at work and we are debating about this. I was also taught that the Rx7s all came turbo. He told me that some Fd vins came FWD and NA. Is this true???
Thank you,
Aaron

well he's wrong.
in the US only the 87-91 Turbo II was turbocharged, and all of the FD3S were twin turbo. Mazda has never made a FWD rotary powered vehicle.

Well other than a complete RETARD engine mod, is it possible for any Rx7s to be NA? I told him that some supras were NA, but no Rx7s.

in the USA:
79-85 RX7 (SA/FB)were ALL n/a (in japan there were turbo 12a's)
86-91 RX7 (FC): all n/a EXCEPT the TURBO II model (in japan there were several trims of turbo RX-7, they even had turbo convertables).
93-95 (FD) RX7: all twin turbo.
i belive that 13a car was only produced in the late 60's early 70's (my fault). there was also a fwd rotary car from french manufacturer Citroen.
