head gasket, resurface?

hello all, if i resurface the head and the block on my 7mgte (no resurface work) would a hks Bead Type, 86 bore/3.0mm thick be good for me? also how much should i get the head and block cut/shaved if any to add a 3.0mm gasket. also is 86 bore standard bore? and finally i herd that if you use a 3.0mm gasket and arp bolts and studs torqued at 90 lbs! will create a perfect seal and you wouldn't ever have to change a hg again! also i herd that you need to get it resurfaced to a certain smoothness?
