Pulls to the right

My daughters 98 Sunfire Pulls to the right when you let up on the gas.
I am not braking.

I will be working on it Saturday.

Where should I start ?

Check the axle shaft on the right it may be binding during deceleration causing it to pull one way. Also check the tire to make sure it is not damaged as this can cause similar problems.

It is the Lower Control Arm bushing Bolt is loose.
I jacked up the car and could see it.

I will replace it with a new one.

Does any body know the torque for it ?
