2003 Concorde Engine Light and Shutdown

Recently the engine light came on and stayed on. I was low on gas and suddenly the engine shut off and would not start. Seemed like I was out of gas or had bad gas. After looking under the car and hood for a few minutes I tried starting the car again. It started right up. I went to the gas station, filled up, and put in some "dry gas". I also made sure the gas cap was on securely.

The light then went off and I had no problem. However, the light has since come on again and the engine has shut off even when the tank is almost full. A friend of mine thinks it may be the fuel pump.

Any experience out there? I see others have reported an O2 sensor problem. Not sure what or where the O2 sensor is.

UPDATE: I was able to run the diagnostic routine and get codes of P0340 and P0344. P0340 may indicate a camshaft sensor but I cannot find the P0344 code.

UPDATE II: Here is a great site for learning about OBD-II which are standard set of diagnostics. http://autorepair.about.com/od/dianostictroublecodes/
Now the question is what makes the camshaft sensor go off?

UPDATE III: Both codes have to do with the cam sensor. From everything I see it appears the first order of business is to replace the sensor. Anyone know where this is on a 2003 Concorde ?

Back to Square 1: Replaced the sensor. The engine light still comes on. Any help?

O2 sensor should be on the exhaust...sorry i dont have a more definite answer on that.

As far as it shutting down, interesting on a 2-yr old vehicle.
