Make It Stop!!!!!

I've got a problem with my '83 Z28. there is a buzzing noise coming from under the dash. It happens when it reaches about 1500rpm and won't turn off untill you turn off the car. HELP!! my oil pressure is o.k. and car is in PERFECT working order.

Take the bee-hive out of your car, duh.

no seriously. there is an innoying buzzer that goes off around 1500 rpm and i haven't been able to make it stop. all vital signs are o.k.
