leaking oil

There a freind that has a volvo 95 that is leaking motor oil and it some part the oil cap is leaking from there also when you take the tranny oil stick out turn the car on step on the gas you see blue smoke comine from the tranny dipstick place i was wondering if any one can tell what is wrong with it also does the car a a pc valve that might be plug or causeing that smoke i would thank any for help
