00 expedition bank 1 to lean code

anyone have a solution for bank 1 lean code..Had never had the service engine light to come on until a recent tune up..After tune up the service engine light is staying on.

I have a 98 EB that has been great. It is showing over 92K so compared to some on here is hasn't been broken in yet. The only thing I've dealt with is the vacuum line on the back of the manifold went bad last summer causing a lean condition. Simple repair, tough to locate. Only other item is the door ajar light and chime. Every winter it requires a few WD40's in the latches to finally clear the alarm.
Love the vehicle. Also 5.4 and has the electric opening rear vent wings.
