Fan Clutch?

Guys, I am brand new and have a few questions about a fan clutch. I have a 94 5.7 and I replaced the fan cluch with a heavy duty one and the fan noise is contiuous, very irritating. My old one only did it at the first 15 10 minutes after start up. What should I do, how do these work and for the love of god i have to get the fan noise out, it's driving me crazy.

You might try a different fan clutch. The thing about the heavy-duty ones is that they do spend ALOT of their time engaged. But it shouldn't be constant.
