So in the past few months I have done some fixes on my veichle.
New transfer case, new water pump, door pins & bushings, multi function switch replaced, coolant lines replaced, new passanger side mirror..and some other minor things.
This is a 99 LS with 171,000 K on it. Where should I look next to stay ahead of the game? I was planning on getting rid of it, but it is running really well now and I want to fix it up instead.
Suggestions?

I always try to live by the old addage, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." If you keep looking for things to fix, you'll find them wether they need it or not. A full tune-up and other general maint. and you should be good to go.

Full tuneup is required and if you have not ever replaced the O2 sensors, they are due for a change.

Good philosophy, rednechtech!!! Now, if the government would just adopt that one, instead of 'fix it till it's broke'...
If you keep the toes on your right foot, Dj, as close to your right knee as possible, as opposed to far away from the knee, it just might do the energizer bunny thing;)

I have a 99 LS with 166,400 on it and want to suggest that you watch the coolant level...keep your 'puke' tank at the proper level so that air does not get into the system. I have watched this and system is spotless and coolant had been analyzed after 60K and is amazingly clear...and yes it's DEXCOOL.
Change the differential fluid (front/Rear) with new gear-lube
While I still have my orignal wires in and runs really smooth, it depending on how things are running, I'd consider the tune up thing....PCV, Air Filter, Wire Set (get OEM wires), fuel filter, plugs (platinum) for starters.
You may experience a not-so-pleasant fuel pump death....they are expensive OEM is $587 bucks and a boat load of cost to replace as it's in the tank.....just experienced that.
Other than brakes, ball joints, (just did lwrs at 159,000), Pitman arm, idler arm, wheel bearing, throttle body kit....things should be fine.
Also consider basic things like stay on top of oil changes, run some techron through the tank to clean injectors too...
I plan on keeping my until it has about 250-300K miles on it.....as an example for my kids to show 4 daughters that if you change the oil and do basic maintenance a car can run along time....
Good luck !

Thanks for the info guys. Next on the list is the blower motor, brake job, and a general full tuneup.

You forgot the cap and rotor.
More important to replace than the wires.
