vtec spool solenoid

i have jdm h22 in an accord. my ecu is giving me 3 codes and i was wondering whats the best way to get rid of them. 12 -egr which i think i might have to get my ecu chiped cuz my skunk2 manifold got rid of it. 1 -o2 sensor which i just plan to change. and 21 -vtec spool solenoid. this one has me confused because vtec still works fine. the only thing i could think of is my vafc causing the problem but i dont know how to fix it. somebody help me please. :confused:
