u find a channel on tv........i prefer The Bible Network....and make sure ur tv volume is all the way down.....and turn on some music, with words, like i choose rap, and old music, and just watch the tv, its so funny, like a music video, if u watch it long enough it seems like they say everything the song is saying lol :biggrin:

Or you could just watch MTV and save yourself the effort of getting up and walking to the stereo.......
