2004 tundra double cab rear seat removal ?

OK this looks simple enough, but is it??? Looks like three bolts there, two are painted, so I probably wont touch them...looks like the third bolt will remove the bracket from the floor....just asking cause if this thing is spring-loaded I do not want to get injured!!! Thanks!!
