sunroof

I'm thinking about getting a sunroof installed in my 04 cav. What do they do with the main light and map lights that are on the roof now. Do they move them or won't I have them anymore. And if any of you had a sunroof installed about how much am I looking at? Powered and non powered. Thanks

if your getting it installed professionally your looking at a crap ton of money...prolly like 2 grand....if you buy the sunroof and install it yourself...your looking at alot of work were if you measure wrong in even the smallest amount...your pretty much screwed....should have just bought one with a sunroof already pretty much

A place here in my town have installed 2 motorized moon/sun roofs in cavaliers. They said that a motoroized one installed, they charge $1200. They havne't had any leak either. A manual one installed they charge $800. From the stuff I have seen them do, they do a really awesome job.

:eek7:..... sucks to live where you guys do. I payed 325 for a manual pop-up with relocation of dome light. No leaks or anything. Aftermarket motorized are proned to leaks. My pop-up suits me fine at 18X28..

yea pop up around here at like $300 with lifetime warentee or the automoatic ones from gm are $700 installed with warentee
