Transmission Noises

I have a 1998 ES 3.2 with about 105,000 miles on it. I am hearing noises from the transmission when it shifts from 1st to 2nd gear. It's a loud clunking noise, does anyone have any information on what that could be. It's only when I get onto it and floor it, any other time, it's fine. Let me know. Thanks
