Has anyone ever seen the movie Christine? Yeah, well that's my sunfire. She's possessed. At least I'm convinced she is. It all started when I bought her. The check engine light has been on for 4 years now. Well it was until it finally burned out. No one ever did figure out why. The cylinder head went, the transmission went, fuel pump, ignition switch... it's been hooked up to the computer (I do have a point and I'm getting to it :smokin: ) and no problems showed up... which now leads to my problem... I'll be driving along like nobody's business and then all of a sudden she stalls. But it's not a normal stall... no way man... the needles all start bouncing around and all the lights on the dash flicker, occasionally my radio resets. Normally this happens in the summer while I run the A/C but lately it's been happening more often. My radio also occasionally decides to just "disconnect" I guess you could say. It shuts off and I lose power to it. I then have to hit a pothole or RR track hard in order to bring it back on, which I was thinking it was a short, but jiggling the wires does nothing... it needs force. Today I drove to work and had no issues. Until I wanted to leave. Christine then decided that she was apparently tired of storing antifreeze b/c it was all gone. No leak or anything, just antifreeze= gone. So anyone have any ideas, comments, :2cents: to offer for the piece of crap?(j/k on that one :)) Thanks!!!

sounds like you have a bad alternator or a wire to the alternator is shorting out, or the battery connections/wires are bad, or even a bad engine ground.
the antifreeze goes somewhere, is there smoke out of the exhaust?
