NOS. Not really planning on doing it, but just wondering if anyone has done it to a stock 305 tbi. And if they did, How did it turn out?

From what im guessing here, based on my little knowledge about other peoples cars on this forum, no one has done this setup, if YOU do it, goodluck and hope it doesnt blow up.

the most i would go is with a 50hp shot of nitrous on a stock lo3, i'm pretty sure it could handle a 50shot. :grinyes:

so long as you do it smart, and alter the fuel delivery and spark curve to handle it, a 50 shot should be perfectly fine. However my precaution list would include.....

Compression test
Tune up (new plugs wires cap and rotor)
and a can of injector cleaner through the tank combined with an induction cleaning service.

and anybody know if you could just fill a bottle and use a shutoff to a correct size nozzel and a fuel enrichement line off a shutoff also and run it for the porice of a dual shutoff and the alluminum line and the bottle and the cost of the fill

better stated where do i buy nitruos other than at a medical store???Well if u want 2 run nos u better buy a kit and do it right or u will blow your motor.You have to have regulators,and a seperate fuel pump and solenoids to keep your motor from leaning out and going boom!!!!! And buy the way medical grade and auto grade nos are 2 different things completly.They wont sell u med nos because people huff it and if u huff auto nos it will kill u.And as for gitting it any local speed shop should be able 2 get it filled for u. and that should be done with the right equpment because it is under pressure and heat makes it build more pressure so dont leave it in the sun or heat.
