Could i just replace b16a 1st gen cams or get the whole shaft pulley etc and which cams shoud i use?

You can just replace the cam...the cam gear comes off. As for the type of cam, what is your intent with the car....other mods, etc...

thats prolly what i wanted to know if i change the cams lets say skunk2 should i also change shaft etc

i think the terminology is getting confusing?
you have....cam gear. The gear that the timing belt goes over that turns the cam.
Camshaft...the lobed rod attached to the cam gear.
Replacing the camshaft is usually a bit involved. If you replace the cam gears with adjustable ones you will be able to mildy retard/advance the cam timing, yielding a slight power gain if you do it right.
