cap and rotor coil etc

i have a 96 honda dx b16a 1st gen with a obd1 obd2 harness with b16a3 ecu of course they messed up my swap but everything works fine I know they should of been 2nd Gen and now im in this mess but i know some what of what parts i should part i used from? The TD-44u dizzy is used for either 95 GSR or 95 del sol vtec correct but which cap and rotor do i use from? i bought the GSR and the line up fit just teh bottom bolt wont, plus it doesnt spark better takes at least 2nd try to start. which cap and rotor and ignition module and coil? should i get a ground wire kit because my idle was at 900 before i replaced the map sensor and o2 sensor u think that took any thing away cuz now it idles 500 or 400 any thing would help thanks.
