Engine swap ignition and fuel problems

I got a j-spec engine, trans, ecu and harness to convert my 91 mr2 to a turbo. i have the engine and all of the wires hooked up but i get no spark and no fuel. There is power to the ignition coil and ignitor but i can't figure out why it doesn't spark. I also have a bunch of what looks like vaccum lines and im not sure where they go. If anyone has a wiring diagram of the ignition and fuel systems for a 91 turbo it would be really helpful. If anyone could find a vaccum hose diagram that would also help.
