89 Pontiac Sunfire Tranny Problems???

I need help! I cannot figure out what's wrong!
My Sunfire seems to be stuck in 3rd gear. I can't change gears, so I can only go about 20-25 mph. The actual gear shifter is really loose and "wobbly" it wont go into any gear but 3rd :( Can anyone offer some advice?I need help! I cannot figure out what's wrong!

so does it shift at all? like park, reverse, etc.? and you say it stays in third but only goes 20-25mph? you can go 90+ in third gear.
