3.8L H.O. engine???? WTH?!

I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to automotive lingo, but has anyone heard of a 3.8L H.O. engine?.. and what does H.O. stands for??

I'm not positive as to what other vehicles were "H.O." but I've seen some Grand Am GT's with Ram Air that were labled as 3.8 H.O.
