2001 dakota electrical problem

The keyless entry stopped working and at the same time the 4wd service light came on, the interior lights went out and the head lights went out. I checked the fuses and they seem to be ok. Any ideas? Thanks

There are two fuseboxes on the Dakota. One under the hood and one in the cab. Both are on the left (driver) side. When I shorted out my power outlet I had to figure that one out. I figured that I was looking at THE fusebox and actually there were fuseboxe"S" Anyway, that may help or maybe you allreadychecked both. If that isn't it then maybe a bad module or something.
