The other day I bought a jar of Tamiya flat yellow to detail my integra interior. Today I realized that iI forgot to get a jar of flat red for the engine, so I went back today and i got a jar. When I get back home i was shaking it up so i could paint my engine, and i realized that the flat red is much thinner than the flat yellow. I dont know if this means anything or not, but I didn't want to find out the hard way and backtrack. I think it might be ok because I noticed when spraying red from a spraycan, it is harder to paint than yellow since it is thinner. Can anyone help me?

Are you talking about the jars or rattle-cans? If it's jars, then it's possible that the thinner paint you have needs stirring rather than just shaking to get the pigments off the bottom of the jar.
