$35 intake from autozone. i know it's not a name brand intake but i don't care about that. anyway its made to fit like 10 different cars and it says it will fit a 96 cavalier.

Go on ebay and get a WAI that's actually for your car. It'll run you about the same price if you don't care about brand names and it will work much better.

NO don't go on ebay and get one...they do not replace the stock air box and that makes it pointless.

I have a cheap APC knockoff filter on mine. Works fine.

Or you could just do the really smart thing and go to an exhaust shop and have them fab up some 3" pipe to your specs. Then go get yourself a filter and adapters. Ta-da, cheap intake that you can easily polish to your specs or paint or whatever.
