I got pulled over tonight for nothing... wth!

So im driving around with my friend cuz i promised him a ride in my ride on the weekend so at around midnight and went to this area where they usually race around and i saw a cop there and he saw me and then he turned and followed me. i kept driving slow and then i pulled into this one area by a warehouse its a shop i been to before and he pulled in right be hind me too and turned on his stupid bright light and his blue and redlights. so i got out of my car and kept walking away like i was going to that shop place

cop: all hey!
me: what!!
cop: do you work here?!
me: no,
cop: what are you doing here?
me: trying to get this place's number
cop: he said some blah blah blah
me: why the heck did you pull me over?
cop: because i just chased out a bunch of racers outta here
me: soo??
cop: and your car looks like a racer!
me: doesnt mean i race it its all stock and its expensive why would i want to tear
it up
cop: i just pulled over a 100k benz for racing
me: soo?!!! that guy is rich and he can do what he wants and im not rich and cant
i drive around?!
cop: some blah blah

then i started walking away to the door to see if i can see what time that place closes and stuff...

cop: i think you should just get in the car and leave before we spend some time
here and ill search your car ...
me: why?! cant i check what time this place closes?

i just got in and left. I dont have anything wrong with my car its all stock and i told him that im all its all stock whats the prob?! The one thing he could get me on is the no front plate, but thats it?!

Im posting this thread to see if anyone has been in the same situations. I was the only car there, they cant do anything can they? how far can they go and cant you just tell them to leave you alone and not leave and they cant do nothing, and isnt there a thing that they cant harras you for no reason and cant intimidate you?

Im thinking ill go to the sheriff station monday by my work and talk to someone and see what they say about this story and see how far the cop can go and what i can do etc...

You should have gotten his badge number. He is obligated to give it to you if you ask for it.

Well friday night I was driving home from work when a cop pulled a U-turn and started following me. So i pull into the nearest gas station to see if he is gonna follow me because I have no speedo and don't want to get pulled over for speeading. Sure enough he pulls in after me, so I pull into a parking space, and he blocks me in and just sits there. So I pretend to look through my car and get some money for gum and head inside. Get the gum come back out, and just as I am opening my door the cop tells me to just stand there and make no sudden movements. I'm of course looking around like WTF is going on. He says just chill for a while because he thinks my car is stolen. So after about 5 mins of him bsing and what not he says the VIN was 2 digits off and he let me go. Scared the shit out of me.

hahah cops follows me and my friends most of the time. the cops would follow my friends lude, when hes doing the speed limit, then he would follow him off the highway, then he would follow him around locally. then one time he was stopped at a light, and some drunk guy ran the red light, and the cop didn't chase him!! he kept on following my friend. finaly after a few more blocks he gave up and the cop just turned the corner.

if i ever see a cop pull a u turn.....i blast the fuck out of there. Depending on where im at, ill turn into a subdivision and park in a randoms driveway all stealth style. Watch for the cop to drive by and then bounce out.

lololol i remember this one time, on new years i turned into an intersection that had a divider. It was like to go into a plaza type deal. And i turned in the wrong way and went down the wrong side of the divider lololol. I was drunk as hell. THere was a cop right down there at the end talking to somebody that was in his car....he saw me the whole time lol. So i pull up next to him roll my window down(my friends like dude wtf are doing!!!!!) and say is white castle open??? Because jack in the box just told us to come back in 10 minutes because of the ball dropping or someshit. I wasnt waiting for jack in the crack so i went up to whiteys. The cop was like yea there open(as the there was a line in the drive through whahhaha), i was like thanx have a good night. I guess the cop was just being cool that night. But it would be cool to have gotten the first jack n the crack taco's of the year.

i get pulled over about once a month for no apparent reason. cops are so lame.

Thats why if I see the cops, I go the opposite way.lol Just keep your eyes open man.

Lol i look at it like this. If they seen your car or something like it in Fast and the Furisous your gonna get tailed. Your car is loud or in anyway seems different your gonna get talied. Learn to love it. The more agressive your car seems and sounds the more your gonna get tailed........well at least here in Southern Cali

but its not cool tho... i mean dont they have some rules against this or dont cops need reasons to pull you over?

i mean cant just pull people over because they have nice rides or because their car looks fast!!

by the way here is the funniest radio call i have even heard about this guy braggin about his camaro hahaha!!! i hav ebeen rolling everytime i listen to this...!!!

maybe i should use some of his lines on the cops... might work!!!

they do shoot the rader off your license plate or anything else that can bounce the beam back, like a headlight or such...

i know that if the radar is aimed at the tire then you will get clocked going faster ... for example... the bottomr of the tire that is on the ground is not moving at all but the top part of it is so if the radar beam is aimed at the top of the tire then you will be clocked faster then the cars speed is actually.

its worse now that i got my alltrac, becuase there is a stock turbo badge on the rear that i dont feel like taking off

i'm not doing anything illegal most of the time so i usually just talk to the cop, then i ask random questions about the chief as my parents know him and i usually get to leave quickly lol
