I think I have a problem.

I went to Tennessee to see my best friend who has a 98 Spyder. He took the honeycombs out of his car and said I should do the same. Well I didn't think it was a good idea but it was before I read about it (stupid) and since I have a turbo it furcked it up. Well I found a MAS from a 2.4L Galant and it matched up so I put it in. Now it is fine but there are a few problems, in order received:
1. Engine hesitates when normally could run smoothly in a higher gear.
2. Sometimes the turbo spoils up with a weird chirping noise.
3. The CEL came on after about 2 days.
