83 sentra

I have an 83 nissan sentra 5 speed i am looking to do engine swap does any1 know which engine would fit in the 83 without any complication?? i know if i do engine swap i have to swap everything else such as tranny, axles, ecu. i am planning to make this car into a drifter...please help....

well you can swap any engine in your car . the catch is how much hardache,time and money you want to dump into this project?

SR20DE,SR20VE,E16-T,almost CA18DE.
But I'm beating a dead horse. but there is no such thing as no complications.:)

my 2 Cents you said you would like to have a drifter. save you money and buy a AE86,240SX SE
or for that matter any rear drive car. because you cant drift in a FWD car.

If you want to swap something into your B12, i'd go with a SR20DE. More than enough power for that little thing.
